My wife and 2 years daughter go there. I like the attitude and always listen and try to make the hairstyle you want. Would give more than 5 stars.

Peggy been cutting my hair and my mom's hair since I was a kid. She has treated my mom and I like family. She's a wonderful lady! Both her and her daughter Rachel squeezed me in last minute for a hair cut. We talked and catch up since I've been out of state for almost 20 years. Love you Peggy and once I'm back in Illinois I'll stop by for another hair cut and talk.

Trouble communicating with socially anxious women in the 18-21 range. Called inquiring about pricing on haircuts and highlights. Sounded like they did not want to make an appointment, so I did not take the effort to make one. But I did make the effort in the review, because I would love a second chance to talk appointment availability and pricing. I was unable to get an fond impression based on the phone experience lol

I went there a few weeks before my wedding I had received a really bad perm from another all salon and hair broke off .my hair so damaged and it all had to be cut off was going to cancel the wedding to say the least I was devastated. Peggy the owner worked miracles on my hair and had it beautiful for the day of my wedding so she literally saved the day her staff is wonderful great hearts and great place.

I have gone to Changing Faces for over 30 years! Always been super pleased with the results. I just had purple highlights put in my hair and I luv it!!! All of the staff are very friendly and helpful. Thank you Peggy!
